Birdies for the Brave is a PGA TOUR Charities, Inc. program, supporting military veterans and is proudly supported by the PGA Tour. Since 2005 the Tour has joined with PGA Tour players and corporate partners to raise millions of dollars for military support groups that meet the specialized needs of wounded warriors and military families.
The Tournament is sponsored annually in the Atlanta region by The Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association. This year, the Association is joining with the entire Horseshoe Bend Community to honor our veterans and raise funds for their cause.
The Tournament will be held at the Horseshoe Bend Country Club, 2100 Steeplechase Lane, Roswell, GA 30076 on Monday, September 22. The newly renovated course, with four holes paralleling the Chattahoochee River and beautiful new Bermuda greens, has become one of the region’s most beautiful premier golf venues.
