The update is here! All Event Managers on our platform can now adjust manager permissions when adding additional admins to their dashboard.
What does this mean? You still have the same ability to add additional users to your Event Management Dashboard. Now, you have enhanced customization options when you do add additional users. You can grant them access only to certain parts of the site if you prefer!
How can I benefit from this? Are you wanting to grant your treasurer or financial administrator access to set up the payments application without overwhelming them? Are you planning to grant a group of volunteers access for check-in purposes, but don’t want them to have an unrestricted login to all of your event data? Then this feature is for you!
With BirdEase’s new Event Manager Roles, you can add additional users with confidence.
How to Use the BirdEase Manager Role Feature
Managing an event single-handedly can be a big undertaking! Why not loop others on your team or committee help out?
Whenever you’re ready to add another user to your Event Management Dashboard, simply navigate to the Publish & Access section and click on Managers. By providing a name and email for this new user, you can send them a link to establish their own login. Simply toggle the permissions you’d like the admin user to have and let the system manage the rest.
