Drama Camp

Experience opportunities in acting, playwriting, vocal interpretation, and more by joining us for drama camp! Josh Hutt, Pensacola Christian College‚Äôs current speech teacher, will be heading up the camp this year. He holds degrees in Performance and Speech Curriculum and Instruction and has written and directed his own adaption of The Three Musketeers, and performed lead roles in six different plays. 

Music Camp

Mac and Beth Lynch are graduates of Bob Jones University where they both earned degrees in the field of music. After their marriage in 1982, they traveled with The Wilds Evangelistic Team until 1988 when they joined the fulltime staff at the campsite. Mac served as the music director of The Wilds, and Beth as one of the pianists for nearly 30 years. In September of 2012, the Lord directed them to join the staff of Catawba Springs Christian Church where they serve as Music Pastor and Pianist. Their goal is to be a blessing and encouragement to believers as they minister through testimony and song.

Volleyball Camp

Dave Herron began coaching both girls and boys volleyball with his wife, Barbara, in California at Whittier Christian High School. Since 1992, he has continued directing summer volleyball camps, having travelled to 23 different states, including Guam and Hawaii. The greatest joy and goal for Dave is to see players learn to love the game and learn to love God more because of the shared experience!

Soccer Camp

Do you love soccer? Learn the basics and increase your soccer skills by coming to soccer camp! Phil Hubbard, who has played on championship teams and coached private school teams, will be bringing a wealth of knowledge and instruction to help make the player and team better.

Robotics Camp

Your robotics path starts here! Work as a team and learn the ins and outs of robotics from Will Woodham. Will is a mechanical engineer with over twenty years of experience. He is currently Assistant Professor of Engineering at Bob Jones University and also coaches the BJU robotics team.

Culinary Camp

We are excited to have Matt Tracy with us for our culinary arts camp this year! Originally from Denver, Colorado, Matt served on staff at the Wilds Christian Camp, both in North Carolina and the Rockies for the past 18 years. His main role was in the foodservice operations for the North Carolina campsite, which feeds approximately 20,000 people each year.
