More Organized Golf Tournament Committees
Keep the entire committee organized for effective golf tournament planning.
Your tournament planning team, organized and informed
Keep everyone organized, informed, and accountable. Give registrants and sponsors quick access to the contacts they need. Ensure everyone is on the same page with real time updates and one source of information.
Our software makes golf tournament planning and committee organizing easy.
Event roles & responsibilities
Allow unlimited user accesses, so each member of your committee can play an active role in managing your tournament. Additionally, display contacts for each responsibility anywhere on your website.
You can even make a special page just for event contacts if you’d like! The system automatically displays the main event manager right on the homepage. Add unlimited users and teammates to receive the automated registration notifications.
Do you need the accountant to get the automated receipts also? Done.
Gather new volunteers easily
You can use the BirdEase tools to easily handle volunteer signup. Simply create different volunteer items, include task descriptions and responsibilities, then let people sign up for them with easy online registration.
All information is organized in the Control Panel, and each committee member can receive email notifications when a new volunteer signs up.
In just seconds, your team can…
- Make simple items with $0.00 cost
- Include descriptions of roles and responsibilities
- Assign quantities to each one to make sure you fill the positions
- Add or remove items any time
- Reply and reach out to volunteers for more information
Keep the golf committee informed
Beautiful things happen when everyone is working out of a single program… a single database.
Anyone with management access can add notes, update registrations, make items as “Paid” if checks come in… and it’s all kept up-to-date in real time.
All reporting is updated immediately when a committee member makes a change, helping everything stay current and accurate.
BirdEase is #1 in data management for your golf event.
