During the online registration process for your event, your attendees will be asked all the vital information pertaining to them: contact information, handicaps (if you enable that feature), names of their golfers or guests included in the registration. However, there may be some additional questions that you would want to ask each registrant in order to keep your event more organized, to get feedback regarding your tournament or organization , and to keep the time spent reaching out to registrants with questions to a minimum.

- How are you affiliated with the organization/charity?
- Do you have any dietary restrictions?
- What are the names of your dinner guests?
You can ask any question to your registrant or golfers that will be pertinent to know on the day of the event (or just anything at all!) Having custom questions in place during the cart process will reduce the amount of time that is being allocated to reaching out to guests to ask them follow-up questions. It is a great way to get all the data you need automatically so you can spend more time outreaching potential sponsors and enhancing the fundraising efforts for your charity.
