Set your title and change your pages to suit your event
By default, your BirdEase website comes with page options like “Register” and “Sponsorships,” but you can modify these to fit your purpose. Here is what the BirdEase home page might look like by default:

Notice in this case, we have updated the event banner, updated the “Times” section to reflect the schedule for a Gala, changed the golf course to an event venue, and updated the imagery throughout. All these changes can be easily made in the Event Management Dashboard of your BirdEase website.
Rename your registration items
Instead of selling golf-related packages on your BirdEase website, you might sell different types of commitment opportunities and sponsorships. Simply label your registration items appropriately and set a related item description so people know what they’re signing up for. Here’s what this might look like:
Modify participant labels to reflect your event
By default, your BirdEase site will refer to your event attendees as “Golfers,” but this can easily be changed. In the case below, we have set the system to override the word “Golfer” with “Attendee” in each instance.
Are you running a multifaceted or multi-sport event? You can set multiple Participant Types for different kinds of registrations within the same event.
Brand your website to your desired color scheme
In addition to our classic color schemes, we have added a new feature which allows you to pull a site theme directly from your own logo to match your company or organization’s specific branding. This is especially valuable if you’re running an which requires you to comply with particular brand standards.
To use this feature, simply choose “Theme,” “Theme Accent Color,” and the exact hex code you’d like your website to follow, or click on your logo to adapt the entire site to your brand instantly.
Accept outright donations & make it easy to donate
Some people might want to make a donation to your cause in addition to (or in lieu of) registering to attend your event. Including a “Donate” button in the header of your website is a great way to allow them to do so. This feature is enabled by default with your BirdEase website:
